Steve is the fourth generation of a lath & plastering family business. Double majoring in business administration and human resource management, Steve has been deeply involved in the trade of lath & plaster since he was 12 years old. He has been leading the company since 2016, managing projects from small residential jobs to large commercial properties across the Coachella Valley.
Steve’s strength lies in his extensive knowledge of the industry and his ability to run a successful team. He upholds the values passed down to him by his father—integrity, hard work, and dedication to customer satisfaction. These principles have been the backbone of Stucco Dr., ensuring the company’s continued success and strong client relationships for over 44 years.

Urquidez
George has been a cornerstone of the lath & plaster industry in the Coachella Valley for over 50 years. He holds both a B-1 General Contractor License and a C-35 Plastering License, having served thousands of clients, from small stucco repairs to large-scale custom homes, HOA projects, and commercial developments.
Known for his hands-on approach and attention to detail, George has built a reputation for delivering high-quality craftsmanship and reliable service. His commitment to the trade has earned him the respect of both clients and colleagues.
Now retired, George has left a legacy of quality craftsmanship and exceptional service in the community. His decades of experience and dedication have laid the foundation for Stucco Dr.’s long-standing reputation as a trusted leader in the stucco industry.
